Returns & Exchanges

We have a 30 day return policy, this means you have 30 days from when you receive your package to return it back to us.

To be eligible for a return the item must be unworn and unused.

To start your return email mackenziepetco@outlook.com and we will send a return form for you to fill in and email back.

We do not offer refunds, instead we offer exchanges or store credit.

If your item is damaged when received or you have received an incorrect item, please send us an email immediately and we can rectify the issue.

Please note that sale items can not be returned.
